  1. The wizard can launch a handoff to publisher.exe.
  2. Publisher handles prepared Microsoft Intune and Configuration Manager packages.
  3. Publishing does not change the runtime model or _config.ini.
  4. Target-channel access, authentication and permissions are configured separately.
  5. Test install, uninstall and detection before publishing.
